Western Reserve O&P holds events and participates in the community promoting healthy lifestyles and mobility.
Our Amputee Support Group Meetings are open to the community.

We understand friends and family of amputees face many issues and concerns.
Together we can offer positive insights and solutions to support and maintain a healthy, positive,
direction along our path in life. Together, we shall strive for mobility!

If you have a story of you, or someone you know, and their mobility acheivements you would like to share with us
and our community on our website please, let us know!
Western Reserve Prosthetics Sponsors Barry Schroeder and Wounded Warriors Project!

We quite proud of all of our patients at Western Reserve Prosthetics and their never ending perseverance to continue
their life, albeit a changed one. Regardless of the level of achievement each attains, we are adamant about working together
to attain each patient's optimum level of mobility.

One of our patients, Barry Schroeder, we are specifically recognizing for his mobility achievements. Barry took on a
unique challenge- taking part in the Tough Mudder Challenge at Mid Ohio, May 9, 2015. Mid Ohio, a noted race course
facility near Mansfield Ohio, hosted this event open to hundreds of participants. It was also connected with the Wounded
Warriors Project. At this event, Western Reserve Prosthetics sponsored Barry Schroeder with the Wounded Warriors Project.

As you see, viewing the photos from the folks at Tough Mudder, this was no easy task for any challenger.
It was an event that enables the soul to drive on as an individual, as a community.... a community of acheivers in a
tough world where there are no cry babies! We take our hats off  to the group that has made this all happen,
to all the participants, and to our favorite Tough Mudder, Barry Schroeder!

In September, 2011 WROP arranged a special meeting with our patient, Tyler, at the Eastwood Stadium, Niles Ohio.
Tyler was overjoyed to meet "The Mouth of the South", Jimmy Hart.....
